Hand Carved Portraits

         Pictured here are examples of portraits I have carved. Most have been custom ordered by the subjects family, friends, or business associates.

         This is a hand carved sculpture, with many hours spent capturing the detail of a person's expression and personality to the absolute best of my ability.  It is not a rush job.  You can receive pictures, by email, showing the progress as the rough block is transformed to a finished portrait.  But, you must order early enough to allow me the time I need, to do the job properly.  Most portraits are shipped about six weeks after the order has been confirmed. Please allow me to quote a completion date as I may be booked ahead. It does take longer for a couples portrait.

My Price (Canadian $):~ $480.00 for a detailed portrait figurine 12 to 16 inches high. or ~ $900.00 for a two person portrait. A caricature is about $250.00.  Requests vary a lot, so feel free contact me for an exact quote on what you have in mind.
I require a 20%, non-refundable deposit before I begin. It protects me from frivolous requests.
Shipping is extra.
I do not accept mailed cash, cheques, or money orders.
I accept charge cards through PayPal and email money transfers in Canada.

My Guarantee

         You will agree that the portrait I create for you and your family is a personal heirloom that will be sought after by family members and is as good as you could have had made by any carver. On the small chance that you are dissatisfied with the carving I will refund your money EXCEPT for the mailing costs to have it sent to you, and the cost of returning it to me. Please don't commit to having a portrait made, unless you have thought it over, and you feel it will be appreciated.
