Returns

Yes,    I do have a return policy,
but there are some restrictions.

For direct purchases 100% of the money is returned, but not the shipping cost. You have two weeks to make up your mind except for things like Christmas gifts. Simply return the sculpture for a full refund on it's purchase price.

I pride myself on working closely with my customers to create what they have in mind. I also email pictures of the finished carving before I send it to you. As a result, I rarely encounter those who wish to return the work. But if you are not satisfied, you may send the sculpture back, no questions asked, and receive a refund for the full cost minus the initial deposit.

I request a small deposit up front. This is so that I know the request is sincere. It is non-refundable.

I am paid in full before shipping the work,
and return your money once I receive it back.

I do not return my shipping cost or your cost of shipping the item back to me.

This return policy evolved over time spent dealing with the Internet. It helps protect me from impulse buyers, insincere requests, and frauds.
And it has helped insure a very high percentage of satisfied customers.
